As you know, our Key Club is going to be hosting a Charity Club Carnival for St. Jude's and we need to ADVERTISE, ADVERTISE, ADVERTISE. This is where members come in--we need your help! We will be having a poster painting session so come help out; you don't need to be an artist to help us. Members will receive hour credit so bring all your friends!

When: SUNDAY, March 14th, 10AM-12PM -- DON'T BE LATE.
Where: English Springs Park

Hello fellow clubs,
If you look under "Uploads" you will find the "Charity Club Carnival" folder with a document of the agenda we covered at the lunch meeting on Tuesday. In case you weren't present to pick up an interest form, that can also be found in this folder. Also, here is a brief timeline:

• March 2nd: Interest forms due-- Turn into the box in F110 before 2:00 pm. We will be looking over the slips and contacting you promptly after submission.
• March 9th: Reconvene meeting-- Propose your activity to fellow clubs participating in it, mandatory, must send a representative.
• April 9th: If PERFORMING, MUSIC is due.
• April 15th (if PERFORMING): Rehearsal!!! We should have your music from 4/9.
• April 16th: EVENT DATE-- Set-up: 3-5pm. Event: 5-8 pm. Clean-up: 8-10 pm

Sour Gummy Worm Fundraising fees will be due on TUESDAY, FEB. 23.
Can only be turned in LATE on TUESDAY, MARCH 2nd with a penalty.

Do NOT leave the money with Mr. Myers!
Money will ONLY be collected after the meeting.

Help out teachers at Howard Cattle Elementary. Easy way to rack up those hours! Especially for those on probation!

On April 16th, from 5-8 PM, Key Club will be holding a Charity Club Carnival in the MPR with proceeds to go to St. Jude's Childrens' Hospital. We will be inviting all clubs to showcase themselves and also fundraise, but donate 1/5 of their revenue to St. Jude's. There will be set-up 2 hours before and after the event. We will be needing your help to prepare and we will also be needing some facepainters. Keep your ears and eyes open for new announcements.

Sour Gummy Worm boxes have arrived for you guys to sell. Those on probation MUST sell a box!! Come pick one up AFTER the meeting this Tuesday. There is a limited quantity so get yours soon.

Hours for the all classes have been uploaded. If you're name is red, then that means you are on PROBATION which will require you to sell a fundraising box as soon as we get them. 

Heads up to all Keyclubbers! The deadline to have accumulated at least EIGHT(8) hours is nearing. We will set the deadline date for mid-December. As we stated in the Key Club membership form, we required each member to volunteer 5 hours every 2 months or be put on probation. Well, the time has come and once the Membership Officers calculate everyone's hours they will be posted along with the list of those on Probation. Get your hours while you can!

Country Springs Elementary School has requested the aid of Keyclubbers to assist teachers and also help clean up its campus. Members are urged to help out whenever they can and this is a good way to earn those hours as this event continues weekly.

When: Mondays thru Thursdays, whichever days, beginning at 3 P.M. Members are to meet at the flagpole/find the Vice Principal, Mrs. Fellows.
Where: Country Springs Elementary School

Monthly campus cleanups will be held on the last Wednesday of each month while Adopt-a-Parks will be held on the third Sunday of each month unless prior notice is given regarding postponement or cancellation due to weather. Times will never change, though date may.

Adopt-a-Park,
When: Sunday, 3/28 from 2:00 - 3:30 P.M. (unless finished earlier)
Where: Eucalyptus Nature Park on 3565 Valle Vista Drive, Chino Hills
What: Members are strongly urged to use Mapquest or Googlemaps for the location. Officers will not be able to help you with directions should you get lost.
Members will be provided with grapplers.

UPDATE: We'd like to extend a huge THANK YOU to everyone who participated in the AA Fundraiser. We raised $555 for PTP! We have just found out that D15 has to work with another ordering company, so it has been delayed for an undeclared amount of time. We appreciate your patience, we will send out an e-mail as soon as they arrive!
