Please include the 4 following pieces of information:
Name. Grade. Cell phone #. E-mail.

IMPORTANT:
If you do not attend the event that you RSVP to, you will be penalized by hour reduction unless you tell an officer beforehand that you cannot make the event you RSVP for.

Probation List
If your name is in RED, you are on probation. We take probation very serious, so if you do not do the requirements by the end of the month, you will be removed from the club.

Relay For Life
If you are interested in attending this event later this summer or have any questions, please email ayalakeyclub@gmail.com with your Name, Grade, and Phone Number! This is one of Ayala Key Club's most memorable events and is a great way to earn a lot of hours!

SENIORS
The stole list is up on the groupfusion page so check for your name! If you have recieved a stole, come by Mr. Myers' room at lunch during the week of May 21st to May 23rd to pick them up!
